Cuba dollar rate today: official vs informal
Cuba runs three official rates: 24 and 120 pesos per dollar for state channels, and a floating Segment III rate introduced at the end of 2025.
The informal rate, tracked daily by the independent outlet elTOQUE, sits above Segment III and more than six times above the 120 rate. It set fresh records above 770 pesos per dollar in October 2026.
